Specifications include, but are not limited to:SERVICES The complete range of services available from the vendor; such as: installation, design & layout, maintenance and repair, removal of existing equipment, any other related services to provide customer support, knowledge of building codes, ability to obtain permits and inspections. 1. INSTALLATION Equipment requiring assembly and installation should be performed by the awarded vendors’ certified installers. Vendor must complete a subcontractor form for each certified installer/subcontractor to be used. All work must be performed according to the standards established by the terms, specifications, drawings, and construction notes for each project and meet manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards. The Vendor shall take precautions during the installation of any product not to damage the premises or the property of the ordering agency. If damages do occur as a result of operations under this contract, the Vendor is responsible for ensuring that the affected area/item(s) are returned/restored to their original condition or the Vendor shall make restitution, as agreed up on by all parties. Installation services shall include the following: Contractors are responsible for ensure all underground utilities are marked. Damages due to unmarked utilities shall be the responsibility of the vendor. Install products in compliance with manufacturer’s written instructions
