Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Awarded Vendor shall maintain required chemical levels for HVAC water systems at each location. Awarded Vendor must not allow chemical levels to fall below required levels resulting in untreated water. b. Awarded Vendor shall provide all labor and parts for water treatment services. Transport, handling, and disposal of all chemicals and containers shall be the sole responsibility of the Vendor. c. Chemical water treatment and its effect upon the mechanical systems it comes contact with, shall rest solely with the Vendor. Awarded Vendor shall provide repairs and cleaning required to correct damage incurred during the execution of services under this bid at no cost to Tarrant County.
