Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is located at the Idaho Falls Readiness Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho behind the Readiness Center building in the fenced motor pool yard. Covered pad component consists of constructing a new roughly 30’ x 30’ concrete pad with pre-engineered metal building frame and roof system. Work includes minor site grading, concrete pad, concrete footings, foundations, and erection of a PEMB structure to cover the new concrete pad. Loading dock component consists of demolition of the existing concrete/earthen loading dock and replacing it with a new concrete loading dock. The new loading sock will be constructed with reinforced concrete footings, foundations, and concrete ramp and loading dock walls. Project also includes new dock bumpers and steel edge protection.
