Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will be required to provide the following deliverables; a) Microwave digester with following minimum specifications i. Must be able to digest geological samples such as rocks, soil, coal, coal ash, and other similar type materials ii. Maximum work temperature greater than 240 degrees centigrade iii. Maximum work pressure greater than 2MPa iv. HF workable vessel v. Include in each vessel magnetic stir vi. Must be able to do one of the following: i. Digest at least 6 samples at one time ii. Digest at least 10 consecutive samples automatically (automatic sampler) b) Safety Features c) Provide relevant application notes on how to use the instrument (a “cook book”) d) Training i. May be provided either on site or online i. If on site, UND will have around 2-4 people attending the training e) Replacement vessels (notes included in cost section) f) Warranty i. Describe in detail, what is warrantied and for how long g) Customer Service i. Describe in detail, what customer service is provided during the warranty period and after the warranty period. i. How soon can you respond to a customer service request and in what format (phone, email, chat, or another form)?
