Specifications include, but are not limited to: LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) EACH HANGAR DOOR/FLOOR SEALS ON THREE (3) EACH 82’ WIDE HANGAR DOORS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Material: Rubber overhead door floor seal material Composition: EPDM Color: grey Temperature Range: -20deg F to 250deg F Tensile Strength: Minimum 1200 psi, Typical 1300 psi Elongation %: Typical 500 Finish: Smooth Size: 24”width x 3/16” thick x 82’ length (2 seals per door X 3 doors x 82’ each for a total of approximately 492’ LF) Reference Attachment C – Hangar Plan for hangar layout. Any freight or delivery charges to bring materials to jobsite. Any and all fasteners, consumable supplies and/or accessories required for installation. Labor/Services: Labor to remove existing seal material in such a manner as to not damage the door. Reference Attachment B – Existing Seals. Attachment B is a collection of photographs of the existing seals on the buildings. Labor to install seal material in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and in such a manner as to ensure rain, snow and pests cannot breach the seal. Work hours are to be within the confines of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekend work will be permitted.
