Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Civil Engineering and Land Development Boundary and topographic survey, platting, replatting, easements and license agreements, engineering services for development of technical site plans and coordination with municipal authorities. The Engineer may also be lead consultant for limited scope civil-related projects. II. Test and Balance HVAC system (air and water) testing and balancing, system investigations and reports. III. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineer System investigations, recommendations and reports, lead consultant for limited scope MEP-related projects. IV. Geotechnical Investigation/Materials Testing Geotechnical investigation and report, construction period materials testing, property environmental assessment, and on-site testing and investigations. V. Roofing and Waterproofing Consultant Roofing and Waterproofing consulting services, to include but not limited to detailed roof inspections and evaluations, recommendations, quality control and monitoring during construction.
