Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor is responsible for all cost associated with picking up the gauges from ITD locations and transporting them to the Contractor’s facility where the work will be performed, and then transporting the gauges back to ITD. This is a direct transfer of custody between the NRC licensed vendor and ITD; third party carrier transportation is not authorized. The Contractor is responsible for the gauges once the gauges leave ITD’s facility and until they are returned back to ITD’s facility. The Contractor must have the gauges picked up from ITD within five (5) Business Days after receipt of the Order. All work must be complete and the gauges must be returned back to ITD within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of Order. The Contractor must package and load each gauge onto its truck; all materials and equipment necessary for transportation must be provided by the Contractor. ITD will provide all NRC required gauge information and documentation to the Contractor and the time of pick-up.
