Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Develop an evaluation plan aligned to the key activities outlined in the State’s Education Stabilization Fund-Rethink K12 Education Models Grant. See the State grant narrative as attached herein as Exhibit B. The evaluation plan shall include the following elements, but is not limited to: 2.1.1 Proposed measures to evaluate key activities 2.1.2 Sample evaluation questions and/or data collection instruments 2.1.3 Timetable and work plan 2.1.4 Process for collecting data 2.2 Engage with the State to refine and finalize the evaluation plan, data collection timeline, and any data collection documents. 2.3 Work with the State to implement the agreed upon evaluation plan. 2.4 Meet with the State to provide updates and review the written report on a quarterly basis. 2.5 Submit to the State a written biannual report outlining the progress of the evaluation and summary of key information or findings.
