Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Project consists of the construction of a new Senior Center and Food Bank for Wibaux County. The approximately 4,048 square foot building will include two offices (10’x10’ each), two family sized ADA accessible restrooms, warming kitchen, living room, a serving area with tables and chairs (with storage room) and a mechanical room. The new building will also have an attached garage and a Food Bank. The warming kitchen will include a long island for the serving area and a small pantry for storage of kitchen items. The construction type shown in the construction documents is woodframed with metal panel exterior. Provisions have also been made to accept a pre-engineered metal building system. Roof system will be concealed fastened standing seam. New sitework includes utilities connection, concrete driveway, asphalt parking and seeding.
