Specifications include, but are not limited to: The A&E Firm will be responsible for all permits, soil surveys, environmental reviews, all engineering, including water and sewer requirements, and legal land surveys and title searches. A legal description and photo aerial is being provided in this package for your incorporation into a metes and bounds survey. The A&E and Construction Contractor shall have the responsibility to layout and construct this building in accordance with standard building practices and codes within the industry for this type of building, local area building codes, snow loads, and soil requirements. The Construction Contractor will be responsible for all water, sewer and electrical hook-ups as required.
