Specifications include, but are not limited to: WHPE Locker Room Renovation scope will consist of: Demolition of existing locker rooms, showers and restrooms. Demolition of existing computer lab and equipment checkout. Demolition of plumbing system in showers and locker rooms and supply areas. Demolition of ceiling, lighting and HVAC components in restrooms, showers, and locker room areas. New construction will consist of new locker rooms, showers and restrooms in addition to new classroom, computer lab and equipment checkout and adjoining corridor 1100CX. There is to be new plumbing, mechanical, electrical and lighting in the aforementioned spaces. (Alternate 1) Will consist of new fire riser room, new sprinkler heads in new locker rooms, showers and restrooms. New sprinkler heads in new computer lab, classroom, equipment checkout and office and affected corridors 1100AX, 1100BX, 1100CX, 1100DX and 1100EX. Demolition of existing ceiling, lighting and HVAC in existing corridors 1100AX and 1100BX. New construction of ceiling, lighting and HVAC in existing corridors 1100AX and 1100BX. (Alternate 2) Will consist of demolition of ceiling lighting and HVAC in existing offices and classrooms on east side of WHPE building and adjoining corridors 1100DX and 1100EX. New sprinkler heads, ceiling, lighting and HVAC in existing faculty offices and classrooms on east side of WHPE building. New ceiling, lighting and HVAC adjoining corridors 1100DX and 1100EX (sprinkler heads in corridors 1100DX and 1100EX are part of alternate 1).
