Specifications include, but are not limited to: STATE is soliciting proposals for a modern learning management system to facilitate all online course delivery and related services for campuses and state agencies. The future vision is to increase interoperability with 3rd party tools, collaboration, integration and support. The selected solution must be implemented and available for all summer 2017 classes. The STATE will hold the contract; however, any authorized entity (as per RFP section 1.3) interested in implementing the selected learning management system will complete a Participating Addendum (PA) (see sample in Attachment 6). After the award selection, NDUS will evaluate the specific campuses interested in the solution and governance of the learning management system could be undertaken by the individual campus or by NDUS Core Technology Services (CTS).
