Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. HHW Operator Training Organize and offer a 24-hour HAZWOPER training inclusive of RCRA requirements over 3 days and an 8- hour HAZWOPER training on 1 day. The trainings must be offered no later than December 31, 2020. a. Design the online training program curriculum to meet all requirements of the OSHA HAZWOPER inclusive of RCRA requirements with a focus on the collection of HHW and CEG hazardous waste at HHW facilities or collection events, and include at a minimum the following components: i. OSHA HAZWOPER and RCRA requirements. Including examples of personal protective equipment (PPE) ii. Proper Segregation and Storage including VT Hazardous Waste Small Quantity Generator Storage Requirements iii. Basics of Lab Packing iv. Identification of Unknown Materials
