Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minimum Daily Cleaning (Monday, Wednesday, Friday): Empty all trash receptacles and replace soiled liners as needed. Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces, removing fingerprints, smudges and stains (including doors, door, frames, pulls, pushes, walls, light switches, etc.). Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean carpet where needed. Dust and spot clean all furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, counters, file cabinets, bookcases, etc. (items must not be removed for cleaning). Remove all collected trash to designated areas. Sweep and damp mop all hard surface flooring. Wash and polish all counter tops, open shelves, chrome, bright/enameled surfaces, etc. (including sinks, refrigerators, fixtures and coffee equipment. Wipe clean the interior and exterior of microwave ovens. Clean and sanitize the drinking fountains and sinks. Refill all towel dispensers. Weekly Services: Fully vacuum and edge all carpets from wall to wall. Dust partitions and surfaces.
