Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: This task is the reconstruction/improvement of an alternate route to access state land in the upper reaches of the Whitetail Creek drainage. The road is 2.3 miles in length and will require the following work: Road widening to 14 feet where it is less than 14 feet – this may include the need to use rippers, a rock hammer, or other means approved by the contract liaison to widen the road in places. Brushing – remove shrubs, small trees, and other vegetation growing in the road prism and the cut/fill slopes. Drain dips – install or reshape as needed for improved drainage on road Blading – at minimum a final blading for finishing; intermediate blading if needed as determined by the contract liaison. Grass seeding – to be applied on road surface, cut and fill slopes, or other disturbed areas. Detailed specifications are described in Attachments B1, B2, and B3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Task 2: This project area is located on the Lower Whitetail Road in S22 T24N R18W. This task is split into 2 phases: Phase 1 - fill removal, fill hauling, back-sloping and shaping of the project site and Phase 2 – slope grading, armoring, and stabilization.
