Use standard packaging; boxes must be packed no heavier than 30 lbs. Quality is critical. The best quality logo is to be used on the envelopes. PROOF REQUIRED. INSIDE DELIVERY REQUIRED for all shipments. Envelopes for larger municipalities will be shipped directly to the municipal offices (see spreadsheet attached) and the remainder of the envelopes will be delivered Inside Division of Elections Office, 1st Floor, Cross Office Building; common loading dock. Driver will be required to use pallet jack to drop large state delivery to 1st floor Room 107. Division staff will unpack and stack cases. Vendor is responsible for making sure trucking company is aware of these requirements. REQUIRED DELIVERY 9/21/20.
