Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is to complete a scoping study for identified river corridor flood resiliency projects that are on and adjacent to municipal land and will increase flood resiliency for the Village of Jacksonville. These projects were initially identified in the “River Corridor Plan for the East Branch of the North River in Halifax and Whitingham, Vermont” dated December 21, 2017 and prepared by Fitzgerald Environmental Associates, LLC. The proposed projects identified in the River Corridor Plan to be included in the scoping study are: Project NR-18, Culvert replacement; Project NR-19, Bridge removal, and Project NR-21, Floodplain restoration and Infrastructure resiliency.
