Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two (2) shower trailers that include 8 stalls (4 stalls for females and 4 stalls for males). Each trailer will need to have proper temperature control (HVAC systems), electrical lighting, a changing station, a sink and mirror, hot and cold running water, and a wastewater disposal system/tank. One (1) bathroom/toilet trailer with 10 stalls (5 stalls for females, 2 stalls for males, and 3 urinals for males). Each side of the trailer will need two sinks, proper temperature control (HVAC systems), electrical lighting, hot and cold running water, and a wastewater disposal system/tank. One (1) bathroom/toilet trailer with 8 stalls (3 stalls for females, 2 stalls for males, and 3 urinals for males). Each side of the trailer will need proper temperature control (HVAC systems), electrical lighting, hot and cold running water, and a wastewater disposal system/tank. Contractor shall: Service trailers (draining of wastewater) daily, including weekends and holidays. Service times during workdays shall be anytime from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Weekends, holidays, and overtime must be agreed upon with maintenance manager’s approval. If trailers need servicing on HVAC or electrical issues outside of normal business hours, must be addressed within 24 hours of vendor notification. Relocate trailers, if needed, to locations specified by maintenance manager with prior notification. Facility shall make all accommodations necessary if trailers require relocation. Provide an on-call number for 24/7 service in case of emergencies (i.e. overflows.) Trailers shall be delivered to 1401 S Rangerville Rd, Harlingen, TX 78552 and then a final location for the trailers shall be indicated by the facility. Trailers proposed can be larger with more stalls, but not smaller.
