Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Burlington, Vermont Department of Parks & Recreation (“City” or “Municipality”) is seeking to select a firm/partnership to provide the design and construction of a new Laundry Room addition at North Beach Campground (60 Institute Rd., Burlington, VT 05401). Only those firms with prospective Design-Build teams capable of providing all services and improvements necessary to complete the project will be considered. The existing laundry facility at North Beach Campground (the location of project) is slated for demolition in the upcoming year. The City seeks the design and construction of a new laundry room either as a freestanding building or as an addition to an existing smaller restroom facility at the Campground. In addition, the City seeks the construction of a new turnaround and dump station as the two projects are geographically close to each and could be more efficiently designed and constructed simultaneously than as individual projects.
