Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Cost not to exceed $100,000.00 b. Creation of site plan and elevations for Zoning Approval. c. Stamped drawings for trades permitting approvals. d. Development of the final design of the building e. Attend City DRB meeting to answer questions regarding project design. f. City will cover building and trades permits, which will be paid by City to minimize cost. Amount should be estimated in overall budget. g. Filing of any necessary State of VT Construction and Stormwater permits. h. Construction of new laundry facility to design specifications: i. Approximately 24 x 15-20-foot addition or free-standing building – stick-frame, concrete block, or pre-fab acceptable ii. Provide adequate space, utilities, and required clearances to successfully install and operate the following: 1. 4 commercial coin-operated Washers 2. 4 commercial coin-operated Dryers 3. 2 Laundry tables 4. Slop Sink iii. Seasonal facility – minimal insulation required iv. Water, sewer, and electric already to exg. building – extend as needed v. Slab on grade foundation 1. Provide floor drain(s) as needed. vi. Asphalt shingle roof to match exg. – vii. Windows or vents on north side of building – two total viii. One person-door for entry/egress ix. Person-door to have keyed locks to match exg. BPRW master key. x. LED lighting throughout facility 1. Lights to operate on occupancy sensors with an override for longer periods of time xi. Several 110 outlets for phone/tablet charging. i. Relocation of exg. dump station to new location shown on 2017 Campground Master Plan and conceptual work scope. Includes the following: i. Demo of exg. pump station ii. Demo of exg water and electric stanchions at campsites 109,110, and 111. iii. Design and Construction of the following items: 1. An approximately 100’ x 12’ section of road to allow relocation of dump station and trash and recycling bins 2. Water/wastewater design and any rerouting of exg. sewer lines to accommodate new dump station 3. A 4’x4’ curbed concrete dump station w/RV sewer dump hatch cover and adjacent concrete apron sloped to the drain for easy clean up of any spills. 4. One Potable and one non-potable RV water tower. 5. Access riser and secure hatch for access/maintenance of water connections. 6. Keep removal of exg. trees and vegetation to a minimum.
