Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately nine (9) tons of pellet fuel ; the pellets are not in bags but are located in hoppers at City Hall (approx. three (3) tons) and at the Public Works Garage (approx. six (6) tons). Pellets have been in hoppers for approximately two (2) years. The pellets will be sold as is with no warranty implied or extended. Bids must be separated by locations (i.e. City Hall and Public Works). Successful bidder(s) must coordinate the removal of pellets with the Buildings & Grounds Department by 9/30/2020. Four (4) OkoFen Pellet Heating Furnaces; PES 12- 56kw. Two furnaces are located at City Hall and the other two are located at the Public Works Garage. All systems have not been used for approximately two (2) years. The pellet furnaces will be sold as is with no warranty implied or extended. Bids must be separated by locations and furnace number (i.e. City Hall Furnace 1, Furnace 2 and Public Works Furnace 1, Furnace 2). Successful bidder(s) must coordinate the removal of the equipment with the Buildings & Grounds Department by 9/30/2020.
