Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service • Empty wastebaskets, collect trash and recyclables and remove to designated areas • Disinfect all common touch areas using EPA approved germicidal cleaners (disinfectant) for the SARSCOV-2 • Dry mop or sweep and then damp mop all non-carpeted floors • Vacuum all carpets • Vacuum blinds • Spot clean walls, windows, glass doors, window sills, appliances and woodwork • Wipe down table tops, tops of filing cabinets and counter space • Keep Janitorial closets clean and free of odors • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet) including woodwork and door casings As Needed / As Requested • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator and/or Facility Representative. Quarterly – March, June, September, December • Metal cleaning and polishing • High level dusting (over six (6) feet). Contractor must use appropriate equipment and not utilize unsafe procedures.
