Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to replace the electrical H.V.A.C., A/C system and weatherization Project at 3220 E. Frost Apts. & 3019 E. Ash Apt with a total of 43 complete a/c units. The systems will require HEAT PUMP replacement- 2 disconnect boxes for new A/C systems. A work load calculation will be required in order to proper size the units. Manual J will be performed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom at 3220 E. Frost. Manual j will be performed in a 1 & 2 bedroom apartments at 3019 E. Ash. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of debris. This project is approximately 29,400 square feet building area in size with a total of 42 apartments.
