Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK A. Furnish rebuild/upgrade components for quantity two (2) Model HRS60120 DVHD Rotoshear EZ-Care units, manufactured by Parkson Corporation, Vernon Hills, IL. Each rebuild will consist of a positive drive assembly and greaseless T runnion wheels, as specified herein. B. The upgrade will be of the latest design and will be fabricated of the specified materials and in a fashion that will fully perform the functions described in these specifications and completely compatible with the existing equipment. 1. The Parkson Rotoshear EZ-Care upgrade shall have the following recommended and published lubrication schedule: Drive System Lubrication 0 hours / year Trunnion Wheel Lubrication 0 hours / year 2. The Parkson Rotoshear EZ-Care upgrade shall be designed for minimal maintenance requirements and ease of maintenance when required. The published time estimate to replace chain and sprocket shall be 2 hours or less.
