Specifications include, but are not limited to:The State of Delaware provides certain facilities for the use and benefit of the public in areas under the administration of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Parks and Recreation(the“Division”) and desires to provide Snack Food Services, Beach Retail Items, Management andOperationso f t h e s e c o n c e s s i o n s e r v i c e s ( c o l l e c t i v e l y t h e “ Concession Services”). The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals from vendor(s) capable of satisfying the Division requirements for Concession Services in four (4) park locations as stated herein. NOTE: Vendors may submit proposals on one, two, three, or all four locations. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify vendor(s) who (i) meet park requirements and the business and legal criteria set forth herein; (ii) are capable of executing a contract within the timeline provided; and (iii) can deliver the Concession Services within the Parks as stated in vendor(s) submitted proposal
