Specifications include, but are not limited to: Angler Education Duties. Provide education specialist position(s) to deelop curriculum and conduct presentations for audiences of all ages. Develop and administer a fly fishing loaner program which will make fly fishing tackle available free to Montana specific fishing clinics, schools, department events, etc., including mailings, equipment replacement and maintenance tasks; 1,500 youth and adults will participate in a fly fishing educational program as a direct result of contractor’s loaner program. Conduct 170 clinics/programs reaching 3,500 participants per year including publicity, teaching aids, instructor’s expenses; curriculum, materials, gear and volunteer assistance where needed. Aquatic Invasive Species Duties. Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) messages and additional AIS specific programs will be incorporated into the angling/aquatic education. The AIS information will be adapted to each particular program in order to cumulatively educate students about the problems posed by AIS. Specific AIS messages will be developed for angler education programs.
