Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Task Force seeks a Consultant to support the strategic planning process, including: Facilitate a series of meetings with Task Force members to: Review and reach consensus on overarching key themes for the strategic plan Establish goals, strategies, action items and metrics to be included in the strategic plan Identify resources required to implement the plan, impact points and dependencies Develop timeline for implementation of plan Identify any needed estimated budget requests Identify any needed legislative changes Assist with research as requested Lead documentation of the strategic plan Develop communication strategy to support the strategic plan Deliver draft strategic plan documents no later than November 15, 2020 and the final strategic plan documents no later than December 30, 2020 It is anticipated thatmeetings will be conducted by web conference, and minimal or no travel will be required.
