Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct research and gather data regarding existing Evidence-informed models of CIPs across the nation, to include evaluation of barriers specific to implementation of each identified CIP in the individual state and identification of proposed solutions. Utilize the Department’s existing data and research of the Department’s current Alternative Response Programming (ARP). Identify gaps in existing data and implement additional data collection activities to secure comprehensive data sets for analysis. Activities shall include data collection from: Existing ARP agencies; Families who are currently involved in ARP; Community service providers who provide a variety of services to families and children; and Department staff.
