Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Location: a) El Paso State Supported Living Center 6700 Delta Dr. El Paso, Texas 2. At the west entrance to the facility, install new steel picket fence, gate, traffic control arms and prefabricated security booth with bollards. 3. Remove and replace three five-ton split HVAC systems each at buildings 508, 509 and 511. 4. Install new attic heat detection systems in eight identical buildings 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, 511, 512 and 513. 5. The Contractor and/or subcontractor(s) (“the Contractor”) shall be licensed by the State of Texas in the trade's relating to the proposed scope of work, as applicable. 6. The Contractor shall include all materials, quantities, devices, equipment and labor to provide a working system, complete in all respects integrated into the building and connected to the Facility’s campus where required by project scope. 7. All work shall be in accordance with manufacturer instructions and recommendations. 8. The Contractor represents to the Owner, that the company has 5 or more years of experience in the type of work as described in Exhibit H – Project Scope of Work, and has technicians or workers trained and certified in the proposed work. 9. The Contractor shall be responsible for any repair of damaged surfaces that may be damaged as a result of the installation of this system, equipment or devices. This repair shall match the existing surrounding surfaces and provide a seamless transition.
