Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Minot is requesting qualification submittals for seepage assessment around the City’s lagoon system and also General Wastewater Services. The project will include services for assessment to determine what, if any, leakage may be occurring from the existing lagoon system as well as future services for wastewater collection, conveyance, treatment systems, lift station design, system modeling, odor control design and or analysis, permitting, permitting review, design and construction engineering and general wastewater planning. Work shall include but not be limited to analysis or determination of seepage from the wastewater lagoons for this specific project.
