This quote is to include a new engine turbo, waste gate, waste gate control, McCauley propeller and propeller governor, exhaust, and oil cooler and have it replaced with a new engine and all associated costs to complete the installation. This price is to include all trade-in value or core charge values. $ $ 1b 1 Ea Rebuild NDHP Aircraft Engine & Installation: Contractor will be required to remove the Lycoming aircraft engine, Model TIO-540-AJ1A which is currently installed in the NDHP 2007 Cessna T206H aircraft. This quote is to include all associated costs of a rebuilt engine turbo, waste gate, waste gate control, McCauley propeller and propeller governor, exhaust, and oil cooler and have it replaced with a new engine and all associated costs to complete the installation. The rebuild of the engine must be done by the original engine manufacturing Lycoming Factory. $ $ 2 1 Ea 10 Hour inspection of Engine: Replace the oil filter and conduct an inspection of the contents of the used oil filter for traces of metal particles. $ $ 3 1 Ea 25 Hour inspection of Engine: Conduct a 25our inspection including draining and renewing lubricating oil with oil specified by Lycoming for break-in procedure, replacing the oil filter, and inspection of the contents of the used oil filter. Used oil ample to be collected and analyzed at ALS Tribology facility or equivalent. $ $ 4 1 Ea 50 Hour Inspection of Engine: Maintenance checks: Ignition System, Fuel and induction System, lubrication System, Exhaust system, Cooling System, Cylinders, Turbocharger, check for accumulation of dirt or other interference with the linkage between the bypass valve and the actuator which may impair operation of turbocharger. $ $ 5 1 Ea Warranty, 2 year on engine along with full parts and labor warranty of the installation of the new alternator, starter, vacuum pump.
