Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent to solicit responses for motor oils and lubricants for the NDDOT and other Ordering Agencies for state-wide distribution. Each bidder is encouraged to be as complete as possible on providing information on types of product and distribution specified in this solicitation. No recommendation is made herein as to the appropriateness of use of the products offered in any vehicle or engine. Ordering Agencies are advised to check the manufacturer’s product recommendations for their vehicles for appropriate information. CONTRACTOR must always be prepared to furnish engineering service, upon request, and to investigate and report on any complaint arising in connection with the use of CONTRACTOR’s oils in Ordering Agencies’ equipment. CONTRACTOR is required to provide qualified sales personnel to periodically visit Ordering Agencies to provide assistance and guidance connected with contract item usage.
