Specifications include, but are not limited to:Lamar Consolidated Independent School District intends to select Architects/Engineers to perform architectural and other design services for the following projects: 1.Foster HS Water Plant Upgrades – Design Start: April 2016 2.HVAC Web-Based Controls – Design Start: April 2016 3.Other Additional Bond Projects that may be awarded to Selected Firm The selected Design team(s) will work with LCISD and the Program Manager (Vanir/Rice & Gardner Consultants, Inc., A Joint Venture and District staff in the development of the design for the new facilities. The Architect/Engineer must maintain professional liability or errors and omissions insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence during the term of the project, as required by Texas Government Code Section 2269.208. As required by law, the selection of an Architect/Engineer will be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications in accordance with Texas Government Code sections 2254.004 and 2269.201
