Specifications include, but are not limited to:STATE is soliciting proposals to find a publisher who has a child outcome assessment tool that aligns with the following priorities in ND. The Child Outcome Tool must: Have an online training component and a minimum of three face-to-face training sessions within 12 months of implementation, including webinars, Q&A sessions, and professional consultations, for Early Intervention staff. Face-to-face training sessions will be held within the state of ND. Cost of the above mentioned training must be included within offeror’s Cost Proposal. Have an authentic assessment method (done with familiar people, in familiar settings, with familiar objects). Be used for children birth through two years of age in home visiting programs. Have same aged peers assessed to provide a comparison collected to provide a representative group (research support). Contain flexibility for accommodations and adaptations for children with varying needs. Have ease of online use. Have ease of understanding data reports generated by the system. Have the ability to use information collected for program planning and children and their families. Be technically sound and validated for the purpose of collecting IDEA Part C Indicator 3 data. Have the ability to access data reports based on child, family, and state needs, including the ability to export data to be easily integrated/imported with other child-level programmatic data. Have the ability to include or match with the State created child identifier (e.g., using child IDs already assigned by the State vs. publisher generated or a matching algorithm between the two if they are different). Include a process in place to ensure ongoing research of the tool.
