A responsive proposal and system will: Have deep, demonstrated capacity to serve the specific needs of arts and culture grantmaking, including but not limited to: o NEA data and audit requirements o A robust media library function o Ability for an individual to be associated both with individual and organizational grant applications and applicant profile Support the entire grant cycle of the 10 existing programs, including: o Communication of funding opportunities and guidelines o Submission of applications with supporting document upload, acceptance, and communications o The panel review process o Customized grant award agreements
