Specifications include, but are not limited to: The studio building (structure) was built in 1997 and is 1,056 ± sq. ft. The structure consists of a single-story wood frame construction and sits on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation (northern half of the structure), and a concrete frost wall foundation (southern half of the structure). An attic space is present throughout the structure.Interior flooring consists of a concrete slab and particle wood/laminate. Interior walls consist of painted, painted and textured, and unpainted gypsum wallboard and hard-lid ceilings. The exterior finishes throughout the structure consist of asphalt shingle roofing and vinyl and wood siding with underlying vapor barrier.The contractor must follow the septic line from the Structure to the septic system and is responsible for the pumping and removal of the septic system and all connected lines with the septic system. Per Flathead County, the septic system was permitted under number 98-3315N in 1998, as shown on the attached copy of the permit.
