Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor will be required to produce, but is not limited to, the following deliverables: Credentialing Workgroup Meetings: Approximately 15 school leaders will be identified to participate in a credentialing workgroup charged with providing input and feedback into the design of the credentialing assessment. The selected vendor will prepare for, facilitate, and complete follow-up activities for a minimum of two (2) workgroup meetings over the course of the contract. Research: In order to develop the strongest possible credentialing assessments, the selected vendor will complete a research phase to identify best practices from other states, LEAs and CMOs. A summary of best practices will be shared with the TLEU and the workgroup during meetings to inform the assessment development. In addition, the selected vendor will provide specific recommendations for the credentialing assessment based on shared research and best practices and input from the TLEU and workgroup. If the selected vendor has demonstrated experience in the realm of credentialing, then this phase could be condensed and based upon the learnings from that experience.
