Specifications include, but are not limited to:Paper Type ranges from “Onion Skin” to 60lb, Duplex and Simplex, black & white photos, color photos, colored photos on 20 lb paper, colored legends, non-paper/velum. Most common paper type will be 20 # printer stock. Paper size range from 2”x2” to 24”x36”. Most common paper size is 8.5”x11”. Paper quality is from poor to excellent, with a variety of staple and clipped bindings that can be removed NDCRS files contain approximately 388 linear feet in standard letter-size file folders 6. Services to be Provided. Successful bidder will perform the following services and end product: Offsite Handling and Delivery: The NDCRS files are culturally sensitive documents with file access restricted under North Dakota Century Code (NDCC 55-02-07.1). The SHSND requires documents be picked up from the SHSND, scanned and returned to the SHSND on a weekly schedule. The NDCRS files must be stored in a high security environment while off site. The SHSND requires access to the NDCRS files be restricted while off site to ND SHSND employees and authorized staff directly involved with document scanning. The NDCRS files will be released in small volumes consistent with a weekly scanning timetable to minimize usage risk and potential conflicts with document users. Any NDCRS files requested by SHSND staff will be delivered within two hours of the request and received by authorized staff. All costs associated with the pickup, delivery and handling of files, except as expressly noted herein, must be included in bid price on the attached Bid Response Form. Documents which are a set such as a site file must remain together, reassembled and returned to the SHSND in accompanying folders grouped in provided boxes F.O.B. Point and Freight. Delivery and passage of title under this contract shall be as follows. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the location specified on the cover page of the solicitation. The freight is to be included in the price of the service. Title will pass to Purchasing Agency or entity upon delivery to the specified destination.
