Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vehicle shall be in accordance with all applicable FMVSS requirements and ADA requirements. The bus is certified by an independent testing agency to meet FMVSS 220 (School Bus Rollover.) Certification of compliance with this static load test shall be available upon request. Bus body shall be a current model year, in-service and including all standard options. All units or parts not specified shall be manufacturer’s best quality and shall conform in material, design or workmanship to the best practice known in the automotive industry. All parts shall be new and in no case will used, reconditioned or obsolete parts be accepted. The parts on all vehicles provided by the same manufacturer shall be interchangeable/identical. The bus body and frame shall be designed to operate in a Para transit service for minimum of five (5) years or 150,000 miles. The bus shall be capable of operating at least 30,000 miles per year including the fifth (5th) year
