Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish all protective clothing and operational supplies, personnel, labor (including, but not limited to, the pick-up and delivery of goods), materials, tools, equipment, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other costs associated with the work to be performed in accordance with this Agreement; l pick-up and delivery shall be performed once per week on a mutually agreed upon designated day during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for official state observed holidays. Should a regularly scheduled day fall on a state holiday the Contract Manager and or Contact Person shall agree upon an alternate day for the pick-up and the delivery of protective clothing.
