The comprehensive system must include a user-friendly and secure administrative web-based portal, agency portals, transaction processing platform, and ecommerce solution. The solution must integrate new fare collection technology with existing customer data collection processes to provide a seamless customer experience. The solution must also collect customer trip data, automate billing, and accommodate tracking for multiple grant funding streams. The paratransit fare collection system must interface with the RouteMatch scheduling, dispatching, and customer data management software to provide a customer with a single point of engagement.
