Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall remove all existing wet or damaged roofing materials and replace with new materials. B. Contractor shall clean entire roof of debris. C. Contractor shall clean out all gutters and downspouts and ensure all mold growth is properly removed. D. Contractor shall ensure that any fibers and/or loose roofing material on the flat roof area are cleaned and swept. E. Contractor shall ensure that the roof is cleaned and dry and any holes or voids are filled. F. Contractor shall ensure that once flat roof is cleaned, one layer of Perma-Dri or equal rubber roof patch in applied to the entire flat roof area that was repaired which shall be then feathered into existing roofing material.
