Scope item 2: HVAC replacement- Chillers, Boiler, AHUs, Piping, plumbing and associated MEP replacement work. 3. Scope item 3: Electrical upgrades- Replacement of all interior and exterior light fixtures and controls 4. Scope item 4: Building envelope: Roof repairs and partial re-roofing; Wall Control joint sealant replacement 5. Scope Item 5: Site improvements- Partial parking lot, sidewalk, Joint sealant, and concrete play area replacement; Storm water system connection to addition; Marquee sign replacement. 6.
