Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system must be commercially available and must be a COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) product. The system must provide start-to-finish sexual assault kit tracking and inventory management functions to further enhance accountability, transparency and information-sharing among all stakeholders involved in and impacted by the sexual assault kit processing workflow jurisdiction-wide. The system must provide sexual assault Survivors access to information about their sexual assault kits including configurable notifications about the status of their cases. The system must also support mobile devices for use by Survivors as the mechanism for obtaining information about their cases. The system must integrate and bring together all stakeholders involved in the processing of sexual assault kits from start-to-finish. The overall workflow must be tracked by the system. The stakeholders involved in the sexual assault kit workflow are: Kit Distributors Medical Facilities Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA)
