Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, the Scale must be an Artech 80310-50 KSE or equal, fully assembled and operational after installation to include but not limited to the following: Eight (8) load cells will need to be replaced contained within two (2) scale decks. Contractor must remove and replace both existing 12 ft. x 20 ft. scale decks in order to access components in need of replacement. Contractor must return scale decks upon completion of work. Contractor must remove and haul away all old components of the Scale. Contractor must install new electronic components to upgrade the Scale from its current mechanical state to be fully electronic. Contractor must modify the weigh-bridges to fit the new load cell assemblies. Grouting or shimming may be required. Each new assembly installed at all four (4) corners must be attached with a minimum of four (4) bolts 5/8 in. diameter.
