Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successfulofferorshall work with STATEand the other grantees/successful offerorsfunded through STATE’s Emergency COVID-19grant to ensure allSTATE-and SAMHSA-requireddata for the Emergency COVID-19 grant is collected and reported.Successfulofferorshall provide training and technical assistance to grantees/successful offerorsfunded through STATE’s Emergency COVID-19 grant on state and federally required data collection tools and processes.Successfulofferorshall develop and implement a tracking and data collection plan for reporting STATE’s measurable objectives, including Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010(GPRA)designated measures. Tracking and data collection plan must include the development of monthly reports for grantees/successful offerorsfunded through STATE’s Emergency COVID-19 grant.
