Specifications include, but are not limited to:Sealed bids are invited by New Castle County Department of Special Services for cleaning of 4 to 12-inch sewer mains and laterals, closed circuit televisual inspection of 4 to 12-inch sewer mains and laterals, installation of 4 to 6- inch cured-in-place lateral liners (CIPLL), contingent heavy cleaning of sewer mains and contingent excavated lateral repairs in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The Work is located in Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware, in the neighborhoods of Brecks Lane, Westover Hills, Sharpley, Graylyn Crest, North Hills, and Blue Rock Manor.
