Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Remove the existing playground asphalt and base section per the limits shown on the construction plans.Roof drain downspout collection catch basins will need to be replaced and relocated. Catch basins will be relocated in existing concrete. Saw cutting will be necessary to establish neat lines in the concrete. B.The contractor will then place the subbase and base material. Care will need to be taken to limit driving on the subgrade. After the base material is placed where the proposed asphalt will be placed. C.Basketball and Tetherball poles will need to be replaced as shown on the construction plan.D.The landscaping improvements will need to be made to match into the new asphalt and concrete. This will include adding, and adjusting the sod to match in to the proposed curbing and sidewalk, and adjusting the sprinklers in accordance with the added and adjusted sod.
