Specifications include, but are not limited to: Examples of work which the Vermont Board of Liquor and Lottery may require the Contractor to provide might include assistance with the following tasks: • Attend enforcement hearings, advise and council the Board in ruling on matters of procedure and evidence in cases involving potential suspensions, revocations and penalties of liquor licensees. • Draft written decisions of the Board resulting from enforcement hearings, including proposed findings of fact and decisions. • Advise the Board as requested in administrative matters including contract issues, litigation matters, licensing disputes, advertising issues, redrafting of regulations. • Advise the board on open meeting law requirements. • Other duties as the Board requires
