Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of five apartment buildings (Units 3461, 3469, 3479, 3483 and 3487) that contain twenty-two unique apartments. The base bid includes the following: 1. Construction of a shed addition that includes cast-in-place concrete, cutting and patching, metal framing, sheathing, siding, asphalt shingles, gutters and downspouts, steel doors and frames, painting, HVAC, electrical and plumbing, 2. Replacement of existing windows and patio doors with aluminum windows and hinged wood framed door and hardware. 3. Modifications to the interior walls and finishes include interior gypsum board assemblies, resilient flooring and base, ceramic tile, painting, HVAC and plumbing. 4. Replace cabinet and plumbing fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms. Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors and frames.
